Movement Dance Studio is a new dance studio in Metchosin, BC specializing in hip hop. Our mission is to inspire the local community to explore hip hop as a means of expression, connection, fitness, and fun. We believe that there is a hip hop dancer in all of us, just waiting to be expressed. All dancers are welcome at Movement Dance Studio, regardless of previous experience or perceived ability. You can do it!

Movement Dance Studio aims to be inclusive, family-friendly, and responsive to the needs of the local community. It is founded in the values of hip hop: peace, love, unity, and having fun. In addition to dance, Movement Studio seeks to expand its students' expression and honour the other elements of hip hop culture, including art (graffiti), sound (DJing), vocals (beatboxing and rap), and fashion.
